The time has finally come!
Ticket sales are open for our second annual Ranch to Fork Experience.
We invite you to come enjoy an evening on the Ranch with us. The ranch is just south of State Line in Gardnerville.
Dinner includes a four course meal featuring 2A Beef, bread from our local baker, the Half Baked Homestead, all locally sourced foods, flowers , and wine from our family in Italy and a neighboring vineyard. This year dinner will also include one craft brew from Unnhibited a mobile brewery pairing beers specifically for the menu! Additional beer can be purchased on site. Meal comes with complimentary wine, white and red, and water.
The evening will begin with as we walk out into the pastures where the cattle are grazing and a behind the scenes look at our operation. A tour of the old stone house that was homesteaded on the ranch and stories of how it all came to be.
Next guest will create new conversations over hors d'oeuvres at our family style table. Dinner will feature 2A Beef New York Steaks and Mission Lamb along with other amazing pairings curated by the lovely chef Lily Dooilin, of The Faded Apron.
Tickets are $185 per person. Seats are limited and we will be hosting only 48 folks for this intimate event. Tickets include complimentary wine, a beer and water, a four course meal, locally baked bread, and other locally sourced food pairings. Guest will receive, via email directions to the ranch one week prior to the event.
Tickets are non refundable, in the event you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket onto a friend.
This is a working ranch with uneven terrain and dinner will be served outside. Please dress accordingly for the weather and location. In the event rain should join us, outdoor tents will be provided. In the rare chance that the dinner must be postponed due to reasons out of our control, we will reschedule and all purchases will be honored for a future rescheduled event.
