The Valley Merc is located at 1420 Hwy 395 N. Gardnerville, NV. 

 

We are are open Wednesday- Saturday 11-4pm.  Occasionally we will have extended hours through the summer and holidays.  Be sure to follow us on IG/FB @thevalleymerc or @2Aranchwife to stay in the KNOW!

 

The Valley Merc opened in November of 2024.  This was a dream of Jessica and Spencer Anderson's (Owners of Anderson Cattle Company and 2A Beef) and project that started back in 2020.  It took a few years and twist and turns but we finally got here.  And I think the wait has made our little Merc even more special.  Our love and passion for small business is unparalleled.  Small business is what our country was made from.  Being able to support other small businesses is an absolute dream.

 

 

The Merc features our 2A Beef, a brick and mortal location where you can but what you need whenever you need it.  We also have about 30 other small businesses in the store with us.  Everything is locally grown or made and over 90% of the businesses are women owned.  We have everything from beef, to produce, honey, pastas, almonds, oils, vinegars, snacks, relishes, jams, clothing, turquoise and silver jewelry, hats, a Nashville style hat bar, weekly baked bread and cookies, cottage bakers, a mobile craft beer trailer, food trailers, horse tack, kids clothing, bathing suits, hand crocheted goodies, monthly events and SO SO SO much more!!!

 

Our store is home in an original Mercantile. Five and Dime that was built in 1910.  Its so stinking cool to be in a place that was originally built for exactly what we are doing!
