Beginning October of 2026 we have pivoted our business and will only be offering half, whole, and quarter shares of beef moving into 2027 for now.  Remaining inventory wil lbe available at The Valley Merc until completely sold out.  To get on our half list be sure to sign up for our emails as we will send out a newsletter when we open up deposits for 2027  in mid October.
