2A Sip N Cook Event- June 21st 2023
We are so excited about this. This is our summer series sip n cook, rancher style. An intimate evening where you learn about the food your eating, the best ways to prepare it, and have the opportunity to spend it with those that raise it.
The evening includes:
-A full cooking class/demo on how to cook one of those beef cuts that maybe tend to sit in the freezer.
-An intimate info session about how your beef is raised, beef nutrition, and agricultural practices. Questions and conversation welcome!
-A complimentary glass of wine and tasting plate of the beef!
-That cut of beef to take home and try on your own!
-Featured beef cut cook book
Class will be June 21st, 2023 from 5:00-7:00pm. It will be held at the Carson Valley Food Closet.
Our other class dates are August 30th and September 20th. Each class will feature a different cut of beef!
