These half shares are ready to go.  Once your full balance is paid you will be added to the list.  They will go in for processing in November.  Once I have a confirmed date I will let you know and send out cut sheets.

Our next available halves will not be until 2027.  Deposits will open in possibly late fall of 2026 or for sure by Spring of 2027, with a fall 2027 delivery. 

We will no longer be carrying individual cuts so this is a great way to stock up. 

*** Deposits/Balances are non-refundable.  You may find someone to take your half and can go that route, but we actually keep "your cow" for you based on the amount of deposits/balances received rather than selling it at market in the fall.***
