We have a quarter beef and a half beef available for immediate delivery in February 2027.

Total cost is $2500 per half and that includes cut/wrap and cut how you like. 

If you would like a quarter your total is $1450.  Please note quarters are not eligible for custom cut sheets.  They will be cut a standard way to ensure every quarter customer receives all cuts. 

***Please note, half prices are subject to increase no more than $200 per half at time of balance due (quarters not more than $100) to increasing input costs***

*** Deposits are non-refundable.  You may find someone to take your half and can go that route, but we actually keep "your cow" for you based on the amount of deposits received rather than selling it at market in the fall.***
